We always start with an initial consultation where we personalise your weight loss plan. This also gives you the opportunity to experience Hypnotherapy to turbo boosts your motivation to start the course. You will also supercharge your determination to complete your goal and become the New You. You will immediately start to think differently about food and you will automatically choose the foods that you know are good for you. Subconsciously, you will also avoid food that is bad for your body.

At the second session, you will learn how to eliminate negative behaviours regarding food. Additionally, if you feel it would be useful you can decrease your appetite, increase your metabolism, increase your desire to exercise, increase your desire for water and intensify the image you hold of the New You in your mind’s eye.

At the third session, you will learn how to look after your energy so that you can lose protective fat.

At the fourth session, you will use EFT to destroy negative eating habits and negative thoughts about yourself.

At the fifth session, you will learn how to manage stress and boost the positive changes in your life. You will improve your self-confidence and your body image so that you can feel good instantly and you will set positive and negative anchors into your fists so that you have tools that will instantly change the way you are thinking or behaving.

At the sixth session, you will learn how to ‘hypno-heal’ your body. Using your subconscious mind, you will heal the appearance of your skin, reduce stretch marks, wrinkles and to tighten loose skin and anything that sags.

At the seventh session, you will address any negative habits and boost your desire to become the new you.

At the eighth session you will leave the ‘old you’ and the past behind you so that you can focus on being the new slimmer you and create the life of your dreams.

You will receive helpful handouts and a recording at every session.
